There are two links for this post - one for PNG format [which has "PNG" in the file name] and the other is in PSD format. Just remember that these two downloads are the same - only difference is that one is PNG format while the other is in PSD. I will be posting all my older posts in PNG format in the next couple of days. I will post them all together in one post so make sure you check back if you want them. Thanks for letting me know about the PNG issue. Oh, and don't ever think you are "complaining" or "feel ungrateful" if you see something that you think can be improved upon or think should be done differently.
