That would be balloons - not what I'm full of ... although, I think the hubby would disagree with that. Something a little different today. Balloons and more balloons. Who doesn't like balloons? We should have the retaining wall up this weekend. All the gravel work has been laid and levelled. I can now envision what it's going to actually look like. I think it's going to look really nice. We have busted our butts getting it to this point. The block will be delivered on Thursday and a couple of our friend will be coming over this weekend for hotdogs, burgers, beer, and some wall building! Can't wait to get it done! Then I can finally get the pool open! Well, after the hubby finishes laying the pipe and getting the pump back up and running. We moved all that a few feet away from where it originally was. I'll have to post a before and after so you all know what I'm talking about. So, anyways, if you are at all interested, you can Download Balloons by clicking on the links. Hope you are having a fantastic day!

Cowboys and Indians - Part 2
No, I don't mind anyone going through the "backdoor" ... wait a sec ... that just doesn't sound right! Oh, crap, please don't tell my hubby I just said that! Seriously, remember, if you are ever asked for a password it can be found on the right side of this blog - under the Welcome. And yes, I left a "back door" open for whoever wants the kits and didn't see the password on the right. So, to those that have figured it out - I'm proud of you! Oh, and no, I don't mind anyone downloading anything that has not been posted on this blog yet. If I minded, I would not have a link going directly to My 4Shared Folders and I would not upload them there until I was ready to post here. Sorry to those who are like ... what? What is she talking about! Here she goes again! Anyways, here is the 2nd part of yesterdays posting. It is Cowboy Brads and Things. Ok, now, remember … what’s the password? Thursday, May 15, 2008
Giddy-Up - Part 1 of 2
Hi all! I was going to wait until tomorrow to post this but it's been downloaded 18 times so far so I figured I would get at least Part 1 out to the rest of you. Please please please don't think I'm bitching and complaining! I'm not! I find it awesome that some people take the initiative to get what they want [you know who you are and you know what I'm talking about!!!] Oh oh oh ... I woke up really early this morning and the little girl must have heard me because she woke up before I could jump in the shower. We have a queen size bed in her bedroom so I got her out of her crib [almost time to make it into a toddler bed!!!] and laid down with her. We were facing each other and she gently puts her hand on my cheek and smiles. I closed my eyes and she rubbed my face until I opened my eyes and she had the most beautiful twinkle in her eyes while she smiled again. I tell you it just bursts my heart with love when I look at that little girl. Sometimes you have to realize how truly blessed you are. Ok, enough of the sentimental (&@$*. If interested, you can get Cowboy Papers and Journals by clicking on the links. Hope all is well with you all! Enjoy your day!

Land Hooo!
Sorry for the delay but I have been a little stressed the last couple of days. I know I know ... excuses excuses! So for those of you who have been patiently waiting, here are the PIRATE PAPERS. Mmmmm ... The next two postings will be of Cowboys and Indians. Although I think I may do a little more "Indian" items in a bit as I find the Native American Indian heritage quite fascinating and their artwork absolutely beautiful. Is that the right terminology? Native American Indian? Or is it just Native American? I am so un-PC it's not funny. The only prejudice bone in my body is actually against prejudiced people. Just don't understand it. On another note - the doctor that I have been trying to make an appointment with just called me - guess what? I have an appointment with him on Saturday! Did you ever hear of such a thing? Saturday doctors appointment? Ok, gotta get going. Hope everyone is doing great!

So, if you are at all interested you can get the 2nd part of the Pirates kit which is Pirate Brads and Things. Hope you all have a great, safe and happy weekend!

Oh Me Maties!
Hi De Hoe! Hope all is going well with you all. This will be a 3 Parter as I didn't realize how much I did and how big it was if I put it all together. This 1st part is the smallest and is Journals and pirate sayings. The 2nd part will be pirates, skulls, treasure chests and other miscellaneous items like that. The 3rd part [which is the biggest] will be the papers. I know that these have been requested several times but I never got around to doing it until now. Sorry about that. Hopefully it was worth the wait. So, if you are interested, you can Download Pirates Journals n Sayings by clicking on the link. Hope everyone is enjoying their day so far! Peace out!!! Oh, and Pat from Houston .. Let's see ... laid off ... summer time ... mmmmm ... yes, I was going to make a wise crack about this ... but every time I wrote something it came out sounding mean and spiteful ... but suffice it to say ... it is out of pure jealously!!! God love you girl! Enjoy it while you can!!!

Going on a Vacation!!!
Hey, sorry for not posting or anything but I'm FINALLY going on a "vacation." Well, I'm actually going to Virginia to see my sister, nieces and nephews. Can't beat the cost either ... my sister paid for the air fair!!! I am leaving tomorrow so I have been cleaning the house and getting everything prepared. It's just going to be the little girl and me. Daddy is on a business trip in Colorado. Hey, at least we don't have to leave the boys by themselves. The boys would be my cats Kes, Vladimir and Renfield. We do have another cat who is named Princess but she is what I would consider the beasts of ALL beasts. Princess is actually my son's cat that I somehow inherited and can be a mean nasty cat. Hubby wants to get rid of her [and yes, so would I as she has bit the little girl several times]. I can't give her to anyone that has kids or won't take care of her. I can't make her an out door cat as she will most likely get run over by the trucks that go by [we had lost 2 cats a few years back - hence they are indoor cats at this time]. And there is NO WAY I will "put her down." That is NOT something I would do since she is otherwise very healthy. So I make sure that she is feed and watered and I give her the 3 second pet before she can turn around and bite me. And when she bites it's not a nip. She sinks her teeth into you and you have to literally pry her mouth open. Anyways! PaPaw will be checking in on them. Oh, and for you that don't know what a Pa-Paw is it would be the Kentucky version of Grandpa. I chuckled when I heard it for the first few times. What really cracks me up is the Ma-Maw [Grandma]. Sounds too much like Mammogram to me. And yes, I have called her that several times [Mammogram]. Ok, I will be back on Monday so hopefully I will have something for you on Tuesday. I hope everyone has a great week/weekend. Enjoy!!!

Stamps a Stamping
I think one of the prettiest things around these days are in the form of stamps. Although I'm not to crazy about the way the pricing keeps going up on them. What? Next month it will be going up again. Mmmm ... I was going to say something really mean and sarcastic but hell, I wouldn't want to deal with the people that Postal Personnel deal with on a daily basis! Would you? No way. Dealing with irate people waiting for checks and dogs barking and/or biting you, or heaven forbid! That housewife [househusband?] that just wants to chat all day about their problems! So, for all those people that work for the USPS! Thank you for dealing with them and getting me my mail! So, here are just a few of the stamps that I thought were neat. If you are interested you can Download Here. You can go to www.usps.com if you want to see what else they have. They have a collectors site and stuff like that. Ok, gotta get going for now. Been really busy and I haven’t even read my mail or anything so please don’t think I am ignoring you! I should be able to get to it this weekend. But until then … Peace Out and enjoy a beautiful day!

A Farming We Will Go
Hope everyone had a great weekend! I rented a jackhammer Sunday morning and tore up some concrete! Oddly enough I LOVED it! We needed to take out some concrete surrounding the pool in order to put in part of the French drain. I was going to do it by hand but after hammering the crap out of a section and nothing happened [only chipped a tiny bit] I decided to rent the darn thing. Thank goodness I did! Some of the concrete was over a foot thick! It was only supposed to be a couple of inches! Well, needless to say that section of it is done. Ok, here are a few farming items. They are mostly farm equipment but have some odds and ends in it. I was going to work on some Curious George things today but my hands are killing me and I forgot to bring them into work with me. So I might have to work on something different today when I get a chance. But anyways! I need to know! How are you free Pat? They finally gave you the "word"? Woo Hooo! If only I would get "the word." Mmmmm ... that would be pretty nice ... right before the summer. Time to spend with the little girl! Oh, yeah, dreams ... aren't they nice? Unfortunately I have to work in order to pay the bills - but hey, I'm not the only one that has to do it so I will stop B&C'ing. Ok, if anyone is at all interested you can Download Here if you want the pictured items. Until tomorrow! Enjoy!!!
